• Information We Collect: When you apply for or receive an ARC, we collect your name, email address, preferred eBook format, and links to your reviewing platforms (e.g., Goodreads, Amazon, BookBub, social media handles).

• How We Use Your Information: Your contact details are used solely to send digital or physical ARCs, follow up on review timelines, deliver publishing updates, and verify review postings.

• Data Protection & Third Parties: Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers. We only store your details within secure distribution platforms (such as BookSprout, StoryOrigin, or secure email databases) necessary to deliver your file.

• Unsubscribing / Opting Out: You may request to be removed from the ARC team at any time by replying to any ARC email or contacting us directly.

2. Digital Rights & Non-Disclosure (No-Share) Agreement

By accepting and downloading an Advance Reader Copy (ePUB, MOBI, PDF, or physical copy), you agree to the following legally binding terms:

• Strict Proprietary Ownership: The provided ARC is an unreleased, copyrighted draft owned entirely by the author/publisher. Receiving an ARC grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to read and review the material.

• Absolute No-Share Policy: You agree not to copy, distribute, forward, upload, reproduce, or share any portion of the ARC file or manuscript with anyone else. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sending files via email, messaging apps, or direct messages.

  • Uploading files to cloud storage, torrent sites, file-sharing networks, or piracy platforms.

  • Posting unreleased text excerpts, full quotes, or major plot spoilers publicly prior to the official release date (unless explicitly permitted by the author/publisher).

• Prohibition of AI Training: You explicitly agree not to upload, copy, or feed any portion of the ARC manuscript into Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms, large language models (LLMs), or text-scraping software for processing, summarizing, or training purposes.

• Watermarking & Tracking: Digital ARC files may contain unique, invisible watermarks or digital identifiers tied specifically to your name or email address to detect unauthorized distribution.

• Consequences of Violation: Sharing or leaking an ARC undermines the author's livelihood and violates copyright laws. Any breach of this agreement will result in:

  1. Immediate and permanent removal from all current and future ARC teams.

  2. Revocation of file access.

  3. Potential legal action for copyright infringement and unauthorized distribution.

3. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By ARC READING you Agree, submitting an ARC application, or downloading the provided file, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms outlined in this Privacy Policy & No-Share Agreement.
